3. Securely package the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging with all tags
4. Ship the package to the address we provide (we recommend using a trackable service)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping to send your new item.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
