The Bobby Returns Promise: We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your package.
Important Hygiene Note: To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain intimate apparel items from the Crybaby Wardrobe collection and any Hair Claws that have been removed from their original packaging. 📦 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for Instructions: We’ll reply within 2 business days with a unique Returns Authorization Number and the shipping address for your return. Please do not send any items back without this number.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship It Back: Mail the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our warehouse.

💵 Refunds & Their Return Journey
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Timing: Please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process your return after it arrives. Once processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Method: The refund will be issued back to your original form of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
