📦 The Bobby Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your package.

Please Note: To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain intimate apparel items from the Crybaby Wardrobe collection and any Hair Claws that have been removed from their original packaging for hygiene reasons. All sales on these specific items are final. Thank you for your understanding! 💝

🔄 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our friendly support team at [email protected]. Use the template below to make sure you give us all the info we need to help you quickly!
  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll reply within 2 business days with a unique Returns Authorization Number and the shipping address for your return. Please do not send any items back without this number.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship It Back: Mail the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our warehouse.

💵 Refunds & Their Return Journey

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Timing: Please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process your return after it arrives. Once processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Method: The refund will be issued back to your original form of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.

Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully reflected on your statement.
